Departure form Phakding to Namche Bazar 3446m, 5h. Day.5. Namche Bazar, rest day for acclimatization and visit. Day.6. Departure form Namche Bazar to Tengboche 3760m 6h. Day.7. Departure form Tengboche to Pheriche 4250m, 6h. Day.8. Departure form Pheriche to Lobuche 4940m, 4h. Day.9. Departure form Lobuche toKalapather Bas camp 5545m, 8h & back to Lobuche. Day.10. Departure form Lobuche to Pangboche 3985m, 5h. Day.11. Departure form Pangboche to Tengboche, 5h. Day.12. Departure form Tenboche to Namche Bazar, 5h. Day.13.
