Departure from Phakding to Namche Bazar 3446m, 5h Day 5. Namche rest for acclimatization. Day 6. Departure from Namche to Thame 3820m, 5h Day 7. Departure from Tame to Marlung 4210m), 6h Day 8. Departure from Marlung to Gokyo Lake 4791m via Renjo La 5340m, 7h30 Day 9. Departure from Gokyo Lake to Gokyo Peak 5360m & Thangnak 4678m, 6h30 Day 10.
