Day 04 Departure from Jiri to Shivalaya 1790m Day 05 Departure from Shivalaya to Changma/Bandar 2200m. Day 06 Departure from Changma/Bandar to Namkhile 2300m. Day 07 Departure from Namkhile to Golla 3000m. Day 08 Departure from visit of Golla village including 3 ancient monasteries. Day 09 Departure from Golla to Ngaur 3460m. Day 10 Departure from Ngaur to Pike Hill (viewpoint) 4070 and trek to Chhamdingma. Day 11 Departure from Chhamdingma to Jumbeshi. 2675m Day 12 Departure from Visit Monastery of Thupten Chholing & return to Junbeshi Day 13 Departure from Junbeshi to Ringmo Day 14 Departure from Ringmo to Khari khola 7h Day 15 Departure from Kharikhola to Payau Day 16 Departure from Payau to Lukla Day 17 Departure from Lukla to Kathmandu.
