Immense rhododendrons forests (from 2000m onwards) with 10m high trees blossoming in March/April, and many orchids hanging on the mosses of the trees. An authentic region less touched by tourism. Panoramic views over the majestic Himalayan summits, especially from Tarkhegyang and Sarmathang. Demands a little walking experience a fair physical condition. (1000m of uphill walk on the 1st, 3rd and 4th day).
